Binder For Pigment Printing  -N45

N45 is water based binder system working with synthetic thickener. It is mainly used for textile printing on cotton, T/C, polyester,etc.

Main Composition :Acrylic acid polymer 

Appearance:   Slightly white liquid with bluish shade

PH value:   7.0-8.0

Ionicity:   anionic

Active content: 40%(other content% pls contact us)

Features:High concentration ,supersoft handle, excellent crock fastness and washing fastness,non-tacky, APEO free.

Usage for reference: 

1.5-2% PTF-1

Water: 70%-80%

Binder: 20%

P.R.C.: less than 10%

Attention: hardness of the water should be monitored for better performance.

Packing: 130kgs/barrel
