PTF-1 is water based thickening system working with acrylic binder or latex, pigment emulsion. It is mainly used for textile printing on cotton, T/C, polyester,etc.

1,Chemical Nature: Acrylic Compound, etc.

2,Appearance: milky viscous liquid

3,Solid Content: 40%

4,PH value: 7-8

5,Features: easy handling, rapid thickening effect, strong electrolytic and hydrolytic resistance, giving good color sharpness and development.

6,Usage for reference:

1.5-2% PTF-1

Water: 70%-80%

Binder: 20%

P.R.C.: less than 10%

8,Attention: hardness of the water should be monitored for better performance.

9,Packing: 130kgs/barrel
