Elastic White Paste-HCG102/Elastic Clear Paste—HCG110

This paste is widely used on General Knitted and Woven Fabrics: (Mercerized) Cotton, T/C, CVC, T/R, Polyester, Acrylic, etc. It is water-based environmental printing binder system free of formaldehyde, PVC, phthalate and heavy metals.

1. Chemical Nature: Acrylic Copolymeric Compound, Titanium Dioxide, etc.

2. Appearance: white HCG102;  yellowish HCG110

3. PH value: 6.5-7

4. Features: Mesh-clogging Resistance, Non-tacky, High Resilient, Stretchy and Elastic, Good Washing Fastness

5. Formula:

For white: HCG102 80%-90%, HCG110 10%-20%

For medium color intensity: HCG102 40%-50%, HCG110 50%-60%

For high color intensity: HCG102 10%-20%, HCG110 80%-90%

Pigment emulsion no more than 10 %(Customers have all color choices in in GCC (international garment standard color specifier card).)

6. Printing process: textile printing→air dry→130°C for 2 minutes through dryer for fast cure.

7. Packing: 60kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG102; 50kgs/HDPE barrel for HCG110

8. Attention: cross linker to be used for better performance: 1.5%-3%. Once it is added, the paste must be all used within 6 hours or be discarded.
